OF "PARCEL OF RECORD"
Dear Mr. Von Storch,
It is my determination that the above -noted property consists of
three (3) lawfully separate parcels of record in the acreages
listed within your letter of February 28th. Each parcel is
entitled to its own respective set of development rights.
According to the Real Estate records, this property was combined
under one parcel number for tax purposes. It was formerly known
as Tax Map 72, Parcels 21, 28A, and 38A.
I was uncertain of the meaning of your listing of "Lots" for each
parcel. Questions regarding subdivision should be directed to the
Planning Department.
