RE: OFFICIAL DETERMINATION OF PARCEL OF RECORD AND RELATED
DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS — Tax Map 108, Parcel 19, 19A, 19B,
19C, & 19F & 19G
Dear Mr. Whelan:
I regret the delay in response to your inquiry. It is my
determination that each of the above -noted parcels was a parcel of
record on the date of adoption of the Zoning Ordinance. Therefore,
each has theoretical development rights, based on two (2.0) acres
per right with a maximum of five (5) per parcel of record.
