Box 192 Keswick, VA 22947 RE: OFFICIAL DETERMINATION OF NUMBER OF PARCELS - Section 10.3.1 Tax Map 81, Parcel 11; Robert and Carolyn MuSSelman Property Dear Mr. Wilson: It is my opinion that this parcel consists of 2 separate parcels for the purpose of determining development rights and whether or not subdivision is required. This opinion is based on the fact that the parcels existed in 2 physically separate pieces. The northern portion of parcel 11 is separated from the southern portion by the land of others (another parcel, I IJ). It is my understanding from Bill Fritz and Ron Keeler of the Planning and Community Development Department that your proposed transaction may be approved based on this parcel determination, without upgrading the private road. I understand you propose to combine the southern portion of parcel 11 with an adjoining parcel and subdivide the northern portion of parcel 11 into a total of 2 parcels. This will result in no additional parcels. Parcel 1 1 begins with 2 parcels and ends with 2 parcels. The standard determination letter will follow at a later date. Anyone aggrieved by this decision may file a written appeal within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter in accordance with Section 15.1 -496.1 of the Code of Virg =inia.
