setback discrepancy
Dear Mr. Cochran:
This is to confirm for the record that the zoning setback discrepancy of 0.1 foot for the
house on this parcel, is de minimis. This determination is based on the information
provided by the survey by Thomas B. Lincoln, revised January 17, 2003. This office
does not intend to pursue enforcement action for this negligible setback discrepancy.
As stated in this survey, the foundation meets the 10 -foot side setback while the vinyl
siding overhangs and encroaches by +/- 0.1 foot. In the event that your client should
chose to pursue a variance in the future to address this, please contact us. If you have
any further questions, please let me know.
