This determination is based on the information provided by the survey by Thomas B. Lincoln, revised January 17, 2003. This office does not intend to pursue enforcement action for this negligible setback discrepancy. As stated in this survey, the foundation meets the 10 -foot side setback while the vinyl siding overhangs and encroaches by +/- 0.1 foot.
