L.P. (the "Properties ")
Mr. Caramanis:
In response to your request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above referenced
Properties, please be advised of the following:
• The Properties are located in the County of Albemarle, zoned PRD ( "Planned Residential
Development ") and are in the Entrance Corridor Overlay District, the Flood Hazard Overlay,
and the Steep Slopes Overlay Districts.
• The Properties are subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Zoning Ordinance,
proffers and application plan as referenced ZMA2006 -16, Glenmore, Section K2, Leake
Property, approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 14, 2007.
• Both Properties are subject to numerous subdivision plat approvals. The most recent plat
for Tax Map 093A5 -00 -00 -00100 is SUB2011 -56, approved September 26, 2012. The most
recent plat for Tax Map 09400 -00 -00 -01600 is SUB2014 -99, approved August 12, 2014.
• This office has no record of any zoning violations for the properties.
• This office is not aware of any nonconforming issues, variances or existing exceptions.
• Copies of any approved plans, plats or documents may be obtained from this office with a
request through the department's Records Manager, Esther Grace, at 434 - 296 -5832 ext.
3823.
