I have attached a completed copy of the form you sent with your application. Please be aware that proffer E of ZMA 2000 — 10 has been deemed complied with. (This proffer deals with the dedication of right of way.) This right of way was dedicated a number of years ago. However, due to changes that have occurred in the development it will be necessary for this right of way to be amended.
