This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision the following changes to the above referenced site plan
amendment:
1. Delete "new" trees adjacent to stream.
2. Eliminate one tree outside area of disturbance
3. Remove a section of guardrail
4. Eliminate 8 fothergilla and replace 21 Chinese holly with 35 Bennett holly
This is the Is`Letter of Revision for this site plan. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed
before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
