uncler section 17 -213 of the Albemarle County COcle, this is your NOTICE TO COMPLY with the
requirements of the Erosion Control Permit for the referenced project and to imnnediately take corrective
measures that address the erosion and sediment control cleficiencies on this property, The specific
deficiencies are circled below:
Mud 0n Road Mud and dirt were observed on the road either from erosion or vehicles
tracking in or out. Shovel and sweep a]1 mud and dirt from the road. Install
adequate wash -rack and construction entrance for cleaning;

Measures Failing Diversions /Fence /Traps /Basins have failed more than once. Build
larger, more effective ones, or amend the plan to better protect the site.
Site Abandoned and Repairs Needed The site is not stabilized and erosion is
occurring. Repair all measures and stabilize.
No Inlet Protection Inlet protection has not been installed throughout the site. Install inlet
protection per the plans.
Site Does Not Match Plans The site has deviated too much from the approved plan, or
the'plan was not buildable. A plan amendment is required by the date below.
