Sheet 4: Dimension UE VAR, if possible. Variable Width ACSA Utility Easement at Glen Valley Drive. 4. Sheet 4: Locate C/L PDE, west side Claremont Lane, with respect to Lot B boundary. 5. Sheet 4: Locate C/L SSE 20 that lies nearly completely within 24' private RW, wherever it lies outside street RW. -Ref. 14- 302.A.5. 6. Overall lengths of east/west boundaries of Claremont Lane dedication are approx equal, but length label difference is 8.98'. Check 168.22' against 159.24'. Revise accordingly.
