Dear sir or madam:
On behalf of Hedgerow Corporation, enclosed please find an Application for
Development Rights Determination and this firm's check in the amount of $240.00 for required
fees. The purpose for determining development rights is for obtaining a fair market value
appraisal for the six (6) parcels, and such information was requested by the appraiser.
In addition to the application, enclosed is the following requested information that we
could obtain:
1. Tax Map 75 - color coded to show source deed
2. Copies of source deeds for property (color coded)
3. Copy of recently recorded plat dividing parcel 75-2
(the division rights of "Tract B," the northeastern
Most part of that property is requested)
4. Copies of old plats (color coded)
This property is mountain land, so detailed and/or recent metes and bounds descriptions
or plats do not exist for the most part. If more information is needed, please let me know
