RE: Determination of
Development Rights for
M. Lee Marston
Dear Mr. Fritz:
You will shortly be in receipt of an application from Lee Marston for a
determination of development rights for Tax Map 72-20A. Mr. Marston indicated in
his cover letter that I would be sending you (1) a copy of the tax map; and (2) any pre -
1980 deeds which might help to describe the subject parcel or its parent parcel by metes
and bounds or a plat. I have enclosed two tax maps highlighted to show the subject
parcel. Tax Map 72-20A straddles the line between Tax Maps 56 and 72.
The most recent deed, which Mr. Marston attached to the application, is Deed Book
815 page 533. (The county tax system references a more recent deed in which the
trustee was substituted.) That deed references an earlier deed for the subject's parent
parcel at Deed Book 326 page 465. I have attached Deed Book 326 page 465 and two
earlier deeds conveying the parent parcel. None of those deeds include metes and
bounds descriptions or a plat. According to Deed Book 258 page 265, the earliest deed
that I have enclosed, there was an even earlier deed with a plat showing a larger parcel.
