why they are not available: It is the policy of this department to purge building
permit files after three years. Copies of Certificates of Occupancy are
maintained on microfilm. Therefore, we have not retained any copies of
Certificates of Occupancy associated with this project. Furthermore, the
absence of a Certificate of Occupancy for the project will not give rise to any
enforcement action. Please be aware that interior renovation that does not
involve a change of use does not require a Certificate of Occupancy. You
may obtain a copy of a Certificate of Occupancy for an additional fee of
$25.00 each.

Property is located within the Entrance Corridor Overlay District (EC).

200 parking spaces but only 190 exist; the code allows a maximum of 100
units and there are 150 in existence): 141 _parking bays exist, _current
ordinance requires 1 space per unit, plus parking for restaurants and
assembly rooms. The site plan shows 100 units and an 8100 sq.ft.
commercial building which includes a restaurant and meeting rooms. At
the time this site plan was approved the ordinance required only 1 space
per unit.

Property and/or its current use occurred prior to the enactment of the
current zoning and land use regulations. Property records indicate
this structure was built in 1972. The current zoning ordinance_
