To Whom It May Concern:
In response to your Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance filed with this office
on August 10, 2007, please be advised as follows:
The property is zoned Rural Area (RA) and is developed as a church.
Churches are permitted only by special use permit in the RA district.
According to County Assessor's office, the church was constructed in 1962
prior to enactment of the current zoning regulations and exists as a legally
nonconforming use.
■ Certificates of Occupancy are not available for the original church structure
however we are not aware of any circumstances which would render the
certificate of occupancy invalid or cause such to be revoked.
As of this date there are no current or pending zoning violations against the
property.
