RE: Letter of Zoning Compliance: Pavilions/Luxor site - (Pantops, behind
Eckerd's store) - Tax Map 78, Parcel 12 (Rivanna Magisterial District)
Dear Keith:
In response to your application of September 10, 2007, requesting a zoning letter for the
above referenced parcel, please be advised of the following:
■ The property is zoned R-6 Residential, with proffers. The property is also in the
Entrance Corridor (EC) Overlay District. Section 16.2.1 of the zoning ordinance
is being provided which lists the permitted by right uses within the R-6 district.
■ Site development plans SDP -2006-43 & SDP -2006-128 for the Pavillions, are
currently under review. The development will comply with all regulations once it
is built in accordance with the approved site plans.
■ The required off-street parking standards will be met once the development is
completed in accordance with the approved site development plans.
■ There is no record of any outstanding zoning violations.
