This letter accompanies Applications for Development Rights Determination for two parcels
described below.
Re: Parcels 1) 44-4G (Also known as Parcel B) Yates Carr Garnett Trust
Assume 4 development rights. One lot (B-1) has been gifted.
2) 44-41-1 (Also known as Parcel C) Yates Carr Garnett Trust and
C. Mercer Garnett, Jr. Trust
Assume 4 development rights. Parcel currently has one house.
I am co -trustee of the trusts of my mother and father which own the above mentioned two
parcels. We are considering placing the parcels under a conservation easement. The appraisor
has asked for the Development Rights Determination.
