In response to a request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above referenced
parcel, please be advised of the following:
• The parcel is zoned Planned Development -Mixed Commercial (PD -MC) and
is located in the Entrance Corridor Overlay District (EC). The parcel is
developed in accordance with an approved site plan as a 3476 sq. ft. bank
served by 25 parking spaces. Financial institutions are an allowed by -right
use in the PD -MC zoning district.
• A Special Use Permit, SP2001-14, was approved on July 11, 2001 to allow
the drive-thru ATM. The approval letter with conditions is attached.
• This office has no record of any outstanding violations for the parcel. A site
inspection conducted on November 30, 2007 showed no deficiencies or
deviations from the approved site plan.
• As of this date, the parcel is in compliance with the zoning ordinance.
