Dear John:
Attached is a plat of Tax map 56B, parcel 32, hereinafter referred to as " the property,"
which is composed of five lots designated as 32, 33, 34, 36B & 40B. Lots 32 & 33 were
conveyed to Charles F. Leake and Maxine J. Leake on July 2, 1957. On June 15, 1960,
lots 36 & 40 were divided and lots 36B & 40B were conveyed to the Leake's. Lot 34 was
also conveyed to the Leake's at that time
On March 25, 1965, approximately 6038 square feet of lot 31 was added to lot 32. Lot
32 was renamed Lot B at that time.
None of the lots have been conveyed since the above dates. The deeds are attached. Also
attached is the most recent survey of the property dated March 5, 2004.
It is my feeling that the property consists of five separate and distinct lots. I am asking for
a determination of that fact.
If you concur that there are five lots, I shall immediately apply for a resubdivision of lot
32 and lot B so that the lines will meet the setback requirements for R2 zoning.
