It correctly identifies the tax map and parcel numbers of the subject property. This contains no change to the waiver. You have submitted a worksheet that shows the proposed division of the referenced parcels. The building sites on proposed Lots 4 and 5 do not conform to the requirements pertaining to shape. In this particular instance, I approve a waiver of the rectangular shape requirement based on the following factors: The shape of the building sites are determined in part by the existence of a pond on the property. The lots are zoned R -1. There is no reasonable alternative building site on either parcel. The division of these lots as shown is consistent with the County's infill development policy. The actual development of the lots is subject to the approval of the Health Department. The relevant zoning ordinance sections are provided for reference.
