Dear Mr. Craytor:
In response to a request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above referenced
parcels, please be advised of the following:
• The parcels are located within Four Seasons, a Planned Unit Development
(PUD). The current use of a private school/daycare/athletic facility is allowed
by special use permit. Please see below regarding information on special use
permits for this site. Section 20.4.2 is attached.
• Regarding any special permits or conditions imposed in connection with the
zoning of the parcels, each parcel is addressed separately as follows:
All referenced parcels are the subject of the following special use permits
(SP's) and zoning map amendments (ZMA's):
-ZMA2003-001 amended the proffers stipulated in the original rezoning
request. Please see information regarding ZMA 1998-004 below.
Approval with conditions is attached.
-SP2006-42 amended the prior SP, SP2001-009, to increase the
maximum enrollment from 85 to 250. Approval with conditions is
attached.
