• The Property is currently zoned Commercial (C-1) and is developed as an office
building. Administrative and professional offices are allowed as by -right uses in
the C-1 district. The property was rezoned from R-6 to C-1 by ZMA 1995-025.
The letter with proffered conditions is attached.
