Dear Mr. MacCall;
I am writing to you about these 8 lots located off State Route 22 in Albemarle County:
TM 66-05 — 4.88 AC which consists of 2 parcels from DB 239-31 dated April 1, 1938
(Lot #5 3 AC and the John Burnell Parcel 1.8 acres)
TM 65-116 - 1.13 AC which is one parcel DB 239-31 dated April 1, 1938
TM 65-115 - 11.0 AC which consists of 5 parcels
3 from DB 23 9-3 1 dated April 1, 1938
(Lot #4.94 AC; Lot #9 1.03 AC; Lot #10.47 AC)
2 from DB 151-113 dated Feb 4, 1913
(Lot 3 1.5 AC and Bolling Burrell 8 AC)
All of -these are lots of record'prior to December 10, 1980. We would like to take these 8
lots and make boundary line adjustments to result in 4 conforming lots, from
approximately 3.5 AC — 6.0 AC.
