letter is intended to determine the development rights for tax map parcel no. 55-83.
w is a brief list of the history of tax map parcel 55-83.
IA October of 1974 property was conveyed to William H. and Virginia R. White, III
recorded in deed book. 562 page 214 (plat -deed book 562 page 217). William H. and
Virginia R. White, III purchased/sold several parcels of land adjacent to this property.
redivision plat was done in June of 1984 and recorded in deed book 802 page 395
at -deed book 802 page 404 for parcel 55-83 containing 166.6 +/- acres conveying the
perty to Fred S..Landess and Dennis W. Good (trustees).
June of 1992 12.22acres of land were conveyed to Fred S. Landess and Dennis W.
od (trustees) recorded in deed book 1236 page 72 (plat -deed book 1236 page 74) and
led to parcel 55-83. In September of 1997 14.6 acres of land were conveyed to Fred S.
idess and Dennis W. Good (trustees) recorded in deed book 1641 page 97 (plat -deed
& 1641 pages 1.03-105) and added to parcel 55-83 bringing the parcel total to 193.4
acres.
June of 2001 the property was conveyed to March Mountain, LLC, recorded in deed
ok 2035 page 726 (plat with deed).
July of 2002 the property was conveyed to March Mountain Properties, LLC,
sorded'in deed book 2233 page 389.
December of 2004 a plat of right-of-way dedication was recorded in deed book 2886
ge 134 (plat -deed book 2886 page 137) bringing the corrected parcel total to 196.61 +/-
.es. In June of 2007 a golf course access road was recorded in deed book 3442 page
8 (plat with deed) with 0.740 acres in parcel 55-83 bringing the current total to 195.87:';;x;
