Facilities Plan 2007 Update
Dear Mr. Brent,
Per your request, we have evaluated the affect of reducing the proposed number of keys
and increasing the proposed number of spa rooms on the Keswick Water System. The
following is an excerpt from Table 2-2 of the Keswick Water Facilities Plan 2007 Update:

As shown in the table, the average daily demand of nine (9) spa rooms is significantly
less than the average daily demand of five (5) keys (450 GPD vs. 1,340 GPD).
Therefore this change will have no adverse affect on the Keswick Water System.
