Cary Brent, Jr Director of Estate Development Keswick Hall 701 Club Drive Keswick, Virginia 22947 Re: Addendum to Keswick Water Facilities Plan 2007 Update Dear Mr. Brent, Per your request, we have evaluated the affect of reducing the proposed number of keys and increasing the proposed number of spa rooms on the Keswick Water System. The following is an excerpt from Table 2-2 of the Keswick Water Facilities Plan 2007 Update: Table 2-2; Proiected Daily Water Consumption Location Units Average Month - gal per Notes month gpd d•unit Keys 5 40,200 1,340 268 268 GPD Per Key Day Spa 9 13,500 450 50 50 GPD Per Spa Room (Year-round) Day Spa 13 19,500 650 50 50 GPD Per Spa Room (Year-round) As shown in the table, the average daily demand of nine (9) spa rooms is significantly less than the average daily demand of five (5) keys (450 GPD vs. 1,340 GPD). Therefore this change will have no adverse affect on the Keswick Water System. If you should have any questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to contact me directly at (804) 200-6385.
