Maxine Holland (owner) Tax Map 66, Parcels 63 & 65 Dear Mr. Bucci: At their meeting on December 2, 2008, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 5-0 to approve your variance of frontage regulations in Section 10.4 as required in Section 6.4.C.2. This will allow a boundary line adjustment between two lots that are nonconforming because they have no frontage on an approved public or private road. This approval is subject to the following condition: Any further division of these parcels resulting in additional lots shall meet all County Regulations.
