According to my records the following items still need to be addressed before the plan can be
approved:
1. The plat for the easements needs to be approved. I have sent comments to Jim
Deinlein. In addition to the maintenance agreement the following items still need to be
addressed for the plat approval:
a. Approval by Current Development Engineer
b. Provide owner's signature on the plat. Be aware that both owners's
(Baumgardners and the
owner of Tax Map 78, Parcel 15 must sign the plat. Our records show that Tax
Map 78, Parcel
15 is owned by Crown Motor Car Company LLC, the plat shows it owned by
ASTAR ASB VA2
LLC.)
b. Provide a notary seal for both owner's signature.
2. Albemarle County Service Authority Approval —Jeremy Lynn 977 -4511
3. Fire and Rescue Division Approval — James Barber 296 -5833
4. Architectural Review Board Approval — Margaret Maliszewski 296 -5823 ext 3276
5. Current Development Engineer Approval — Phil Custer 296 -5823 ext 3072.
