The variance request is for 150 feet of frontage on an approved internal public or private road in accord with Sec. 6A.C.2 that requires resulting nonconforming lots in a boundary line adjustment to more substantially conform to regulations. This is to complete a boundary line adjustment between two lots, both nonconforming because they have no frontage on an approved public or private road. The property is located off Maxfield Road, approximately 1/3 mile S.E. of Route 22.
