I have the following comments: 1. Indicate on the site plan that the Otto Luyken will be planted at a minimum height of 24 ". 2. Specify the shrub species for the "hedge row," indicate minimum planting height, and clarify /coordinate with the call -out on the plan. 3. Please note on the Existing Landscape Plan the species (Oak) of the tree to remain that is located just west of the north corner of the building. Please forward me one set of the revised site plan with the attached resubmittal form and a memo summarizing the revisions you've made. If changes other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo. Highlighting the changes in the drawing with "clouding" or by other means will facilitate review and approval. When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
