Your application was incomplete. We cannot begin review until the missing information is submitted. The following items were missing from your submittal: 1. The sign drawing is missing the following: a) An indication of the sign type (channel letter, individual letter etc.). A detail of the sign letter is the best way to show that. b) Pantone color numbers for the sign. Note: approved Comprehensive Sign Criteria for Rivanna Ridge require Red: PMS 187. c) If a raceway is proposed, the Pantone color number for the raceway color and a note indicating the raceway color shall match the wall to which it is attached. d) The location (address) of the sign. e) The sign designer /maker's name /address and the date of the drawing. f) The height of the sign band. 2. A plan view drawing showing the sign's location in the shopping center was not included in the application. Please re- submit your sign drawings, including the missing information. (You may email the revised drawings to me at bnelsonaalbemarle.org or send the copies by U.S. mail.) If the missing items are received within 15 days of the date of this letter, we will proceed with review, and the submittal date will be adjusted according to the date of your resubmittal. If the missing items are not received within 15 days of the date of this letter, the application will be denied and a new fee will be required to submit a new application.
