SUB201400198 Harms (Two -lot) — Final
The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
SUB201400199 — Rural Division
1. [Section 14- 302(A)(10)] Please add a note to account for development rights on Lot 1 and the residue.
2. [Section 14- 302(B)(8)] For Lot 1, please revise the front setback from Preddy Creek Road to be 75' and the side
setback to be 25'. For the residue lot, please show the applicable setbacks.
3. [Section 14 -309 and 14 -310] Please submit evidence of Health Department approval. Alternatively, please
submit soils work for review by the Health Department.
4. [Section 14 -316] Please submit evidence of approval for the entrance from VDOT.
5. [General Comment] Please shift the information at the rear of the residue property so that numbers are not printed
on top of each other.
SUB201400198 — Two -lot Division
1. [Section 14- 302(A)(10)] Please add a note to account for development rights on Lot 1, Lot 2 and the residue.
2. [Section 14- 302(B)(8)] For Lot 1, please revise the front setback from Preddy Creek Road to be 75' and the side
setback to be 25'. For Lot 2, please revise the side setback to be 25'. For the residue lot, please show the
applicable setbacks.
3. [Section 14 -309 and 14 -310] Please submit evidence of Health Department approval for Lot 2. Alternatively,
please submit soils work for review by the Health Department.
4. [General Comment] Please shift the information at the rear of the residue property so that numbers are not printed
on top of each other.
5. [Section 14 -317] Please submit a private street maintenance agreement for review by the County Attorney's
office.
