Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Fifteen (15) percent of the units shall qualify as affordable housing as described in Section 18.4.3. With the addition of Condition 1, above, the Commission made the finding under Section 4.2.3(a) 3) that the waiver would serve a public purpose of greater import than would be served by strict application of Section 4.2.
