The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
2. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. If the existing drive is intended
to serve as a private street, provide a private street maintenance agreement for review by the County
Attorney. A private street maintenance agreement template can be found here.
Rev1: Comment not addressed. Street maintenance agreement required.
3. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Provide evidence of VDOT approval of entrance.
Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. Awaiting VDOT approval.
6. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Amend language in development rights note
to fit the following format: "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned [number] development rights and
ma /may not be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than
[number' acres. The residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights
and when further divided shall not consist of more than [number] acres."
Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. All parcels of less than 21 acres must contain at least 1
development right. Proposed Parcel X should be assigned 1 development right. TMP 43 -28 is
assigned 5 development rights because 1 was retained from TMP 43 -28A1. Amend note to state that
Parcel X is assigned 1 development right.
11. [14 -310 & 14 -416] Heolth Director approval. Health Department approval for the proposed subdivision
is required prior to final approval of plat. Soils data was forwarded to VDH on 11/13/14.

13. [Comment] Provide supporting documentation showing the authorized signatories for Honey Breeze
Hill, LLC with signature copies of plat. Acceptable documentation can be found here.
