The plat does not show an addition 20' of sanitary sewer easement requested by RWSA as a condition of site plan approval for Westlake Hills Phase I. This easement was to run adjacent to the existing 30' RWSA sanitary sewer easement (D.B. 815, P. 59 -65) on the side of the development. To my knowledge, this easement, as well as an access easement along the ACSA sewer (between lots 37 & 38) have not been recorded. 2. The plat does not show an access easement requested by RWSA as a condition of site plan approval for Westlake Hills Phases 2 -4. This access easement should follow the new 20' private storm drainage easement called out on this sheet. Sheet 4/5: 1. The additional 20' RWSA sanitary sewer easement discussed in comment #1 on sheet 3/5 should be shown on this sheet. Sheet 5/5: 1. The RWSA access easement discussed in comment #2 on sheet 3/5 should be shown on this sheet. Please let me know if you have any questions or require additional information.
