[14- 302(A)l0] Right of further division of proposed lots. The 1980 boundaries of TMP 73 -31 D appear to have not contained the necessary 10 acres to support the full five development rights. To avoid future confusion, revise the development rights notes to say that Lot 2B is assigned one development right and may not be further divided. 2. [14- 302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Update the instrument once SUB201500003 is recorded. 3. [14- 302(8)(5)] Zoning classification. Update the TMP reference in the zoning note (Note A) once SUB201500003 is recorded. 4. [14- 302(8)(6)] Tax map and parcel number. Update the TMP reference under owner information and the easement notes once SUB201500003 is recorded. 5. [14 -309 & 14 -310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. Soils evaluations were received today and will be forwarded for Health Department review; the plat cannot be approved until their approval is received. 6. [14 -316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Please provide VDOT approval of the proposed entrance(s).
