(VDOT) Sent: Thursday, January 29, 2015 5:46 PM To: Gwen Lacv Subject: RE: Studholme- St. Rt. 692 Plank Road Good Afternoon Gwen, I have reviewed the Studholme plat and find that Parcel B has an existing entrance that meets VDOT private entrance standards and has safe sight distance in both directions and is approved for continued use with no modifications needed. I have approved an entrance location for Parcel A that will meet VDOT private entrance standards and it will require an Entrance permit prior to grading and connecting to the state road. If you should have any other questions or concerns please let me know.
