All comments below are addressed. The plan is approved.

1) It appears that we can closeout the application SUB2014 -49 Stonefield Block G Road Plan
since the plan is to amend SUB201300163.
2) Please note one road bond corresponds with one approved road plan. Multiple phasing will
require corresponding phased road plan.
3) Place same note from site plan on Lenox Ave, "Left in at this location can be shut down by
VDOT and/or County..."
4) It appears the only revisions are SE of Stoneridge Ave and SW of Lenox Ave. Place a revision
cloud for these areas. These areas also show the approved parking and grading from Blocks
F &G site plan; however, this area is revised in the Block G Site Plan. Remove grading and
pavement beyond sidewalk on C7,C10 and C11. Then note within those areas; See approved
Block G Site Plan (SDP2014 -65) for grading and structures within this area.
5) The note, "See Stonefield Blocks F and G Final Site Plan for continuation," is not correct on
sheet C -7 for Stoneridge Ave. Please refer to note in comment 4 above.
6) The top of structure elevation for str 188 does not match site plan. Revise to 73.19.
7) The str 187 is shown as 232 on site plan for Blocks G. Revise.
8) Notes on C -7 and C -10 should also state a note to refer to Block G Final site plan.
9) On sheet 10 remove the pipe that will not be built from str 188. Also relabel str 187 to 232 to
match site plan.
10) Show profile for 188 -232.
11) Remove grate inlet on C -I I near temporary barrier since it will not be built.
12) VDOT approval is required.
