The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which
is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(1)] Name of subdivision. The property owner's name contains a typo (Albermarle) throughout
the plat; provide the correct spelling of the property owner in the title as well as on the parcel itself (2
locations).
2. [14- 302(A)(2)] Vicinity map. Provide a vicinity map on the plat.
3. [14- 302(8)(1)] General information. When revised, please include the revision date on the plat.
4. [14- 302(8)(5)] Zoning classification. Provide a note indicating the parcel is zoned Light Industry (LI) and
Entrance Corridor (EC).
5. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed /agricultural - forestal district. Provide a note stating that the parcel is
located in a water supply watershed and is not located in an agricultural - forestal district.
6. [14- 303(A)] Statement of consent to division. Provide the consent statement as listed in the checklist.
7. [14- 303(C)] Boundary lines. Provide boundary line information for the subject parcel.
8. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. Provide the acreage of the subject parcel.
9. [14- 303(H &I)] Monuments, Bearing and distance ties. Provide the location and material of all permanent
reference monuments. At a minimum, a definite bearing and distance tie between not less than two
permanent reference monuments on the exterior boundary of the property must be provided.
10. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Provide signature panels for the property owner and the County. The
signature panel for the owner shall be located immediately below the consent statement (see comment #6).
11. [14- 303(P)] Notary panels. Provide a notary panel for the notary to acknowledge the signature of the
owner.
12. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. Show the location of any existing buildings within 50' of the
proposed easement line.
13. [Comment] This plat cannot be approved until all reviewers grant their approval. ACSA comments were
provided directly to Jo Higgins. Engineering comments have been provided.
