The revisions look good, so I will not return comments at this time. But- please be aware, we are still waiting on:
Soils work, and then Health Dept. approval
VDOT approval
Maintenance agreement, and then County Attorney approval
Once these things are submitted and reviewed I will return comments or an approval notice to you.

Dear Ms. Marotta,
Thank you for your comment letter of November 21, 2008 for the above referenced property.
1. According to my reading of Sec. 14 -302137 1 wasn't aware that an actual watershed name was required,
only that the property is
or is not within in a watershed. Since you have included the watershed name I'll add it to this plat. I don't mind
adding them to future plats
IF there is a readable map showing the individual watershed available from the County? Do you have a link?
I have a County graphic (jpg) which shows watershed area vs non watershed but it doesn't show
any specific detail.
Items #2, #4 and #5 have been revised.
VDOT has approved the existing entrance. I will check with Mr. Baber to make sure he had advised your offices.
Item #3. 1 noticed the septic field layer on my drawing had been turned off when I printed submittal copies. I
dropped off
newer copies a few days ago. The AOSE has all the necessary information and should be submitting his report
soon.
Item #7. There should have been (2 copies) included with the original submission. If not I will include them when
we bring
in the mylar for signatures.
The additional items have been called to Ms. Jensens attention and she is dealing with them.
