The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(3)] Provide widths of existing platted streets.
2. [14- 302(A)(15)] Clarify ownership on TMP 76 -49C and 76 -51C. GIS has owner listed as:

C/O RIVER BEND MANAGEMENT INC,

CHARLOTTESVILLE VA, 22902
3. [14- 302(B)(6)] TMP 76 -49C is incorrectly labeled as TMP 76 -51C on plat. Revise.
4. [14- 303(L)] Is there an ACSA waterline easement across portions of the frontage of these parcels,
outside of the road right of way? If so, show easement on plat.
