[14- 302(A)(3)] Provide widths of existing platted streets. 2. [14- 302(A)(15)] Clarify ownership on TMP 76 -49C and 76 -51C. GIS has owner listed as: WINTERGREEN FARM LLC C/O RIVER BEND MANAGEMENT INC, 455 SECOND ST SE SUITE 500 CHARLOTTESVILLE VA, 22902 3. [14- 302(B)(6)] TMP 76 -49C is incorrectly labeled as TMP 76 -51C on plat. Revise. 4. [14- 303(L)] Is there an ACSA waterline easement across portions of the frontage of these parcels, outside of the road right of way? If so, show easement on plat.
