The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(8)] Yards. Setbacks listed are not correct. See section 26.5 of the zoning ordinance for
minimum yard requirements. Amend note accordingly.
2. [14- 302(8)(5)] Zoning Classification. TMP 32 -5E is zoned HI Heavy Industrial. All three parcels are
within the Entrance Corridor (EC) and Airport Impact Area (AIA) overlay districts. Amend zoning note
accordingly
3. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. "Chiro LLC" appears to be misspelled under Owners Approval. Double
check spelling of this owner.
