SUB - 200800240 requests approval of a sub- division of Parcel TM 55-44 into two lots, "Parcel
A" and "TNT 55-44 (Revised)" as shown on the Plat attached to the application.
This letter will eonfrtm that the owner will accept as a condition of approval, the following
restrictions to be noted on the final Plat before recording.
"Development Right note: The owner will retain one development right for Parcel A and one
development right for TNT 55-44 ( Revised), with the understanding that neither Parcel A nor
TMP 55 -44 (Revised) can be further divided The owner agrees to forfeit all remaining
development rights and to impose the above restrictions upon recording of the final Plat.
Not more than one dwelling unit may be established on Parcel A and not more than one
dwelling unit may he established on TNT 55-44 (Revised), as the term "dwelling unit" is defined
in the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. This condition shall be implemented through a
deed of restriction or similar instrument. This condition shall be stated as a notation on the final
Plat"
