LLC that Medical Facilities of America LXXVI (76) LP (applicant) have submitted a special
use permit application. The-property is described as tax map 45, parcel 26A2, zoned R -6 /
Airport Impact and Entrance Corridor Overlays. The request is as follows: "
Applicant requests a special use permit for an off-site sign (Sec. 18- 4.15.5)
identifying the Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center. The off -site sign
will'be located at 505 W. Rio Rd at Heritage Hall. 'd.htrance.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at 2:00
