[14- 302(A)10] Right of further division of proposed lots. This plat appears to transfer acreage back to TMP 55 -23 that was transferred to TMP 55 -23A in approximately 2011. The 2011 transfer of 26.99 acres, with development rights, limited the remaining acreage for development rights on TMP 55 -23 to 4.01 acres. This proposed transfer reduces the acreage used by the development rights transferred to TMP 55 -23A; to avoid future confusion a development rights statement for TMP 55 -23 should be added to this plat that indicates the increased acreage available to its two development rights (4.01 + 7.28 = 11.29 acres).
