Dear Sir:
The Site Review Committee has reviewed the development proposal referenced above.. Preliminary
comments for the following divisions of the Department of Community Development and other agencies,
as applicable, are attached:
Albemarle County Division of Zoning & Current Development (Engineer)- no objection
Albemarle County Division of Zoning & Current Development (Planner)- no objection
Albemarle County Division of Planning (E911)- no objection
Albemarle County Department of Fire Rescue
Albemarle County Department of Inspections
Comments reflect information available at the time the development proposal was reviewed, and should
not be considered final. However, the Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues that
could affect approval of the proposed project.
Please make the revisions that have been identified as necessary for preliminary approval by the Site
Review Committee. If you choose not to make the requested revisions, please submit in writing
justification for not incorporating such revisions. Submit eight (8) full size copies and one (1) 11" x 17"
copy to the Department of Community Development including responses to each of the attached
comments of the Site Review Committee by April 27, 2009. Failure to submit this information by this
date will result in suspension of the review schedule. Review will resume when revisions are submitted
along with a reinstatement fee of $65.

After conducting a site visit to confirm the area is existing impervious, and checking with inspections
to make sure they do not have any outstanding violations, Planning Z &CD does not object to this
request. The additional building will not increase impervious or trigger the need for additional parking
or landscaping, and, the site is adjacent to another LI property so there are no setback or zoning
issues.
Engineering will address any stormwater /grading issues.

After visiting the site, we have confirmd that there are no Erosion & Sediment COntrol or Stormwater
Management issues. No E &S is required since the proposed site will disturb less than 10,000 SF. The
existing bio- filter, which has experienced recent maintenance, will handle any adjustment in
stormwater resulting from the negligible change in impervious area as existing gravel is replaced by
the building addition.

I mailed you the SRC package in the mail last Friday with a note that ACSA comments were forthcoming.
Attached please find those comments.In an effort to reduce waste, I will not be bringing extra copies to the
meeting unless you request them. Again, the meeting starts at 10am and you are 4th on the agenda.
