Therefore, your ap- plication has been approved administratively subject to the con- ditions of approval as required by Section 5.6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. (Attached) This special use permit will become void if not used within 18 months from October 25, 1984. Once the permit is voided, you would have to re-apply in order to place a mobile home on your property. You will need to apply for a building, electrical, and plumb- ing permit from the Insp.ections Department to set up your mobile. home.
