Roudabush, Jr., CLS, dated June 1967, revised September 5, 1968, recorded in Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 448, Page 626. A. The current use of the Subject Property is: Fabrication/Warehouse C. Proposed future use: Fabrication/Warehouse Please provide the following information: 1. The Subject Property is designated in the Comprehensive Plan as Rural Area. .2. The current zoning classification for the Subject Property is Light Industrial, with Entrance Corridor. Overlay. 3. There are applications filed for the Property including.a special use permit. SP 1998-33 which was approved September 9, 1998. The approval letter with conditions is attached. Also a site plan, SDP -194, was approved. Please see Note 9. 4. The use of the Property as described in paragraph B, above, is for the fabrication of modular building units as listed in Sec. 27.2.2 (3). A copy of this section is attached. 5. The proposed use as described in Paragraph C, above, is fabrication of modular building units as listed in Sec. 27.2.2 (3). 6. There are no records in the County files of unsatisfied .zoning violation(s). 7. Variances have not been granted for the Property. 8. The Property does not appear to be located in the Flood Hazard Overlay Map. 9. The buildings and improvements are not in compliance with the site plan, SDP -194, approved January 28, 1975. An inspection on May 8, .2009 revealed that several changes have been made since the original site plan was approved. In addition, the special use permit that was approved stipulated conditions of the approval of this use which have not been satisfied. 10. This office does not regulate the subdivision ordinance.
