When Scott Clark created his map showing "usable" development lots or building sites, he was using information from John Shepherd's February 8 "Official Determination of Development Rights ". This report identified a total of 17 rights with 6 (1 + 5) on Tax Map 65 -121. On April 7, John revised his original determination of development rights in a "Letter of Correction" to show that TM 65 -121 had one additional small lot and a total of 18 rights. Unfortunately, Scott's map does not reflect the revised determination. The bottomlime: You are right, TM 65 -121 should have 6 small lots and 1 remainder. Thanks for catching this. It is always the small ones that are the most difficult! I have a quick question. Mr. Shepherd determined that 65 -121 had six development rights and one 21 acre parcel due to that 1 acre piece that was subdivided in 1971. However, the building sites sketch does not reflect this. I believe that 65 -121 should have six small lots and one remainder, while it shows only five small lots and one remainder. Could we get that corrected to reflect John's determination? The useable building sites should total 18 if my math is correct and the sites can be found (looks like there should be no problem). I am looking at Gilmer and Rushia next week and am moving through them one by one after that. Thanks! Karen 1/31/2006
