Dear ACE Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in the ACE program. One of the steps required in the
application process is for you to obtain an official determination of the number of parcels
and the number of development rights associated with the parcels included in the
application. The Department of Building Code and Zoning Services will perform this
determination. There is no fee for this. However, we ask that you complete the enclosed
form and supply the requested information in order to expedite this review. Please contact
me if you have any questions about this matter.
Sincerely,
John Shepherd
Manager of Zoning Administration

Dear Mr. Goodall:
Thank you for your telephone call informing me that the Barksdale Farm
Partnership may again apply for easement funding. I hereby authorize you to make the
application on our behalf.
Sincerely yours,
John O. Barksdale
To whom it may concern:
We are requesting that we be allowed to divide out -plot into
two parcels, as this is the maximum allowable for our plot of
152.01 acres, according to the "Basic Terms and Conditions of
ACE Deed of Easement." We hope to be able to pass this land on
to our four children, who at G)rt -mi are general partners in the farm
partnership, each holding a 15% share. We want them to have as
much leeway as possible under the conditions of the easement.
