Ms. Marotta,
South Plains Presbyterian Church will at the county's direction plant the trees specified by the Board of
Supervisors along our property line with the Rintels, beginning at the SE corner of the cemetery and
continuing to the tree line at the SE corner of the church parcel. We would prefer to plant those trees on
our side of the boundary. I understand that Mr. Rintels has agreed to this.
I believe you know that the boundary between the cemetery and the Rintels already has an established
border of white pines 2 -5 feet tall. These will screen the cemetery within a few years. The cemetery
parcel has never been part of the Special Use Permit application.
