Blue Ridge Builder's Supply that he has submitted a variance application. The property is
described as tax map 56, parcel 110A, zoned Highway Commercial and Entrance Corridor
Overlay. The request is as follows:
The applicant requests to reduce the building setbacks adjacent to Rural Areas zoning
along the north and south property lines, required in Sec. 21.7 b., from 50 to 39 ft to allow
an addition to the existing storage building for Blue Ridge Builders Supply. The property
is located at 5221 Rockfish Gap Turnpike on the south side of Route 250 near Crozet.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at
2:00 p.m., in the Auditorium, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County Community Development
Department, First Floor, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
