Subject: SDP 09 -04 Elledge Property PWSF
At their August 18, 2009 meeting the Planning Commission voted to defer action on
SDP20090004 Elledge Property PWSF, an application for a critical slopes waiver and a Tier II
personal wireless service facility in the Key West neighborhood. As a condition of deferral they
directed staff to consult with the Natural Heritage Committee to see if the Committee had any
recommendations as to how potential impacts associated with the facility might be mitigated,
and, to more clearly delineate the boundary of where the native plant habitats are located. The
purpose of this letter is to respectfully request such feedback.
I have attached a copy of the Planning Commission package for your reference. I would be
